The Lord Jesus once said, “If the world hate you, you know that it hated me before it hated you” (John 15:18). Since ancient times, Christians persecution has been very common, the path of following the Lord is full of dangers and hardships. However, we should know we are blessed, since suffering hardships and persecutions because of Christ is remembered by God. It also tests whether we have true love for Christ. The Lord Jesus says, “Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven” (Matthew 5:10). The road to the heavenly kingdom is rough and perilous, which requires our faith more to go on. Then how can we triumph over Satan under persecution?
